Phil Enquist, FAIA is a Chicago based architect and urban planner. For many years, Phil led the global urban planning practice of Skidmore, Owings & Merrill and currently is an Adjunct Professor at the University of Illinois, Chicago in the College of Urban Planning and Public Affairs.
Phil is a former board member of Openlands and the Chicago Architecture Center, a former Governors Chair for the State of Tennessee and an honorary member of the American Societyof Landscape Architects.
Phil continues to work on the Great Lakes Century Vision, studying living shorelines in urban regions, as well as the Seine River Basin collaboration with the Ateliers Paris Region.
