The Charles Correa Foundation, along with the filmmakers, hold the rights to all films produced through the Nagari Short Film Competition. 

The films, in whole or in part, may not be copied, adapted, modified or used in any manner that infringes upon the intellectual property rights of the owners without prior written consent from the Charles Correa Foundation. These films can be screened only for personal and non-commercial purposes. 

The views expressed in these films and videos are those of the individuals in the film, or filmmakers/authors, and do not necessarily reflect the official policy or position of The Charles Correa Foundation, our sponsors, trustees or anyone employed by the Trust.

If you are planning to screen any of the films, we would love to hear from you! Write to us at nagari@charlescorreafoundation.org. The Foundation is always happy to know where the films are being shown and appreciates hearing viewers’ thoughts and feedback. While every effort is made to respond to requests promptly, some may require additional time for review.
