Niki Nirvikalpa is a documentary filmmaker for over a decade who has been making films on the environics of India: the human effects on the environment, and the environment’s effects on humans. His films capture a range of issues, from the Adivasi struggles in Niyamgiri, Orissa, to occupational health and people affected by mining and its related activities. An alumnus of the New York Film Academy with over 800 long and short films on environment, sanitation and climate change.
