Nikita is a development practitioner with over five years of experience in behaviour change, social research, and community engagement with informal and marginalized communities. With a Masters in Development from Azim Premji University, her practice lies at the intersection of research, storytelling, and program design. She currently works in social and behavioural change communications at the Migrants Resilience Collaborative (New Delhi) designing strategies that promote social protection and visibility for migrant and informal workers
