A writer-director-editor of Indian origin, currently based in Vienna, Austria. I (he/him) have studied Mathematics and went on to study Direction and Screenwriting at the film school FTII, India. Subsequently working in Mumbai in the role of Assistant Director, Second Unit Director for web series and tv/web commercials. I have made a few short films which were screened at international film festivals, leading me to “Dagad ani Paani” which was produced as part of the Nagari film competition, 2022. In Vienna, I have collaborated with BIPOC artists for video documentation, editing and lens-based work. Moreover, I have been working in musical theater production in Vienna as a concept and video designer. Currently, I am developing my first feature script which is a fantasy story surrounding the impact of water poisoning in a rural town in India in the 1990’s.
